  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, add the pasta and let cook for 6 minutes (or follow package instructions).
  2. In the meantime, make the Alfredo sauce by combining the cream, garlic powder and nutritional yeast. You might want to adjust the consistency with some of the pasta water. Set aside.
  3. Wash and cut the tomatoes in small cubes.
  4. When the fettuccine are cooked, immediately coat them with the creamy sauce. Add the diced tomatoes, and salt and cracked pepper if using. Top with fresh herbs, more nutritional yeast and hemp seeds.
