In this antioxidant smoothie you'll find plenty of healthy plant-based proteins, fibers and vitamins. Blend well and enjoy in the morning while practicing gratitude, or post-workout to replenish your body of super foods.

2carrotspeeled if non-organic, and roughly chooped

1cupfrozen berries
200mlwater
200mlplant-based milk
1pinchturmeric
Instructions
Add the flax and chia seeds to your blender, grind them finely without overheating.
If you don't have a super-powerful blender (I don't!) juice the rhubarb in a juicer first. Then add all the roughly chopped fruits and vegetables and the liquids to your blender, and blend on high until smooth!
Serve immediately with additional chia seeds on top, decorate with a few flowers.... just because :-)
Notes
You can add or substitute some of the ingredients - just keep in mind that the color will drastically change if you start adding kiwis, or green-leafy vegetables.
