Hey my beautiful friends, so Valentine’s day is just around the corner. Love it? Hate it?
….I so want to hate it but I always end up preparing at least one special dish, usually a dessert, not because it’s a special day (when you’re in love, everyday is a special day) but because cooking is a way to express my love (again those Italian roots, you know?). That’s why these Valentine’s Day Vegan recipes come in handy!
Whether you love it, hate it, loathe it, if you want to spoil someone (your other half, your best friend, yourself?) I’m sure you’ll find one good reason to spread some Vegan love around with these amazingly cute and delicious Valentine’s-Day-inspired recipes. Not surprisingly, you’ll find lots of pink hues in this Valentine’s Day Vegan recipes roundup. Just by incorporating some beets, radishes, purple yams, Pink Lady apples, cranberries, dragon-fruit, cherries and strawberries, watermelon, grapefruit, figs and so on, you’ll be able to transform an “everyday” meal into a romantic treat. Extra credits if you to manage use heart-shaped cookie cutters for every course! ;-)
