14/11/2018Oh Sheri ♥ first of all thank you for your comment. Second, I understand the change can be overwhelming, but I assure it can be done!
You could start by changing one thing at a time, for example: having a meatless day, consuming less dairy (which is actually very harmful to our overall health) and trying Vegan versions of your family’s favorite dishes. If for example, you like tacos, try removing the meat and adding more beans. If you have pizza night, add a ton of fresh, colorful vegetables as toppings. If you love cream in your coffee, trying a dairy-free version, and so on….
